LatiDreams Review 2026: Real Profiles or Scam?
The LatiDreams dating site is a real, working website run by a Cyprus company, so it is not a fake front, but it is a pay-per-minute chat platform rather than a place where you can expect to meet a Latina woman in person. Joining is free, while chat, letters and media cost credits, and asking for a member’s email takes a month of chat and 5,000 credits spent on her first. I would not pay for LatiDreams if your goal is a real relationship.
What LatiDreams is and who runs it
LatiDreams (latidreams.com) is an international dating and chat website that pitches Western men on conversations with women from Latin America. Its own FAQ calls it “an online communication platform that lets adults meet, chat, and build connections across borders,” and some pages in the search results pitch it to American men over 45. There is no app: the LatiDreams FAQ says it “currently runs as a mobile-friendly website,” and in October 2026 there was no LatiDreams listing on the App Store or Google Play.
The company behind it is Astrasoft Projects Ltd, registered in Limassol, Cyprus (number HE 409810), “together with its affiliated companies, including” Lumintix Solutions Limited of Liverpool, UK, per section 1.1 of the LatiDreams Terms and Conditions (last updated February 25, 2026). That is the same company that runs NaomiDate, which I covered in my NaomiDate review, and the two sites share the same rules almost word for word. The public domain record shows latidreams.com was registered on May 17, 2023, the same day as naomidate.com.
The terms are governed by Cyprus law. US users agree to individual arbitration with JAMS, waive class actions, and accept a liability cap of what they paid in the last six months or $100, whichever is greater. Section 15.7 adds that content on the site is “for informational and entertainment purposes only.”
One warning about the search results: latidream.net and latidreams.net rank for this search with review-style titles, but they are not the official site. LatiDreams’ own terms, support email and Trustpilot profile all point to latidreams.com.
How the LatiDreams dating site works
Registration is free and asks for your email, name, nickname, password, gender and date of birth, or a Google sign-in, per section 3.1 of the terms. You must be 18 or older. Profiles go through moderation that takes “a few minutes to several hours.” The FAQ then describes these tools:
- Search: filters by interests, languages, age and location, plus an Online now list and a Likes list.
- Chat: live text chat, billed by the minute, with photos, videos, audio messages, stickers and virtual gifts billed per item.
- Letters: longer messages, billed per message, with the first message to a member cheaper than the rest.
- Contact Request: a paid request for a member’s email or phone number, with strict conditions (see below).
- Blocking and reporting: More, then Add to Block List or Complaint, inside any chat.
Several pages in the results, LatiDreams’ Instagram and Google’s AI summary mention interpreter-assisted phone calls, video calls and 360° videos. None of these appear in the terms’ list of paid features or in the FAQ, so I could not confirm they exist today or what they cost. Treat them as unconfirmed.
The FAQ also says members use “third-party translation tools,” and that if a conversation “consistently veers toward you spending credits … regardless of what you actually wrote,” that “may not be a translation problem” and should be reported. It is unusual for a site to warn about this in its own FAQ.
Free vs paid: what LatiDreams costs
LatiDreams has no subscription. You buy credit packages and spend credits on each action. The per-action prices are written into section 4.5 of the terms, and the member credit policy built into the site adds a few more (prices checked October 2026):
| Feature | Cost |
|---|---|
| Sign-up, profile, browsing, search, receiving messages | Free |
| Likes, winks, Say Hello | Free per terms and FAQ; 2 credits each per the member credit policy |
| Chat | 2 credits per minute, per chat |
| Sticker | 5 credits |
| Photo (sent or received) | 10 credits |
| Audio message (sent or received) | 10 credits |
| Video message (sent or received) | 50 credits |
| First message to a member | 10 credits |
| Each additional message to that member | 30 credits |
| Contact Request | 500 credits, after a month of chat and 5,000 credits spent on that profile |
| Credit packages in dollars | Not published before checkout |
Two things the table does not show. First, the dollar price of a credit is not public: section 5.3 of the terms says package prices are “shown during the payment process,” so you only see them after you sign up. Second, you pay to open photos and videos a member sends you, not only the ones you send. At 2 credits a minute, a single hour of chat costs 120 credits before any photo or letter.
The FAQ lists Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and says LatiDreams does not accept Western Union, bank transfers, gift cards or crypto. One affiliate review in the results says LatiDreams sells a $24.95 monthly or $44.95 yearly membership and takes PayPal. The terms and FAQ describe credits only, with no subscription and no PayPal, so I would trust the official pages over that review.
The Contact Request rule: why you cannot get her email
The most common complaint about LatiDreams is that you cannot exchange contact details. The FAQ says the site does not pass phone numbers, emails or social handles through chat “in either direction.” The only official route is a Contact Request, and the member credit policy built into the site sets the conditions: you must have chatted with that member continuously for at least one month, with no break longer than 72 hours, and spent 5,000 credits on her profile in chats, letters and media, before you pay another 500 credits to ask. The member then decides whether to share an email or a phone number, and the site says moderation answers within 96 hours.

For scale, 5,000 credits is 2,500 minutes of chat at 2 credits a minute, about 42 hours, all with one person. On Trustpilot, one reviewer in March 2026 says they spent 5,000 credits for contact details and received what looked like a throwaway email, and another in September 2026 says their VIP contact requests were closed without explanation.
Real profiles or scam?
LatiDreams is not a scam in the sense of a fake company taking your card number: it has a named operator, long public terms and a support team that answers reviews. The question is who you are paying to talk to, and the site’s own rules give mixed answers.
- Two kinds of members. The Pro User Community Standards (effective February 27, 2026) describe “Pro Users” who pass a government ID check, get “unlimited free messaging,” and “cannot purchase Credits.” Everyone else pays by the minute. In practice, paying members write to verified members who chat for free.
- Verification contradicts itself. The FAQ says every profile verifies an email and passes an automated review, with an optional ID and selfie check for a Verified badge. Section 15.5 of the terms says: “We do not verify user identities or actively monitor user activities.”
- AI profiles. The LatiDreams Compliance Policies ban AI-generated profiles presented as real people “without truthful disclosure and our prior written approval,” which leaves room for approved ones. The FAQ separately says the site never sends messages “from real-looking accounts.”
- An odd country list. Section 13.11 of the terms bars users from more than 70 places, including Venezuela, Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, Panama, Jamaica and Suriname. A Latin dating site that does not allow people in several Latin American countries to use it is worth noticing.
The FAQ does offer something useful: a report reason called “Pressure or manipulation to send / spend,” and a promise to refund credits spent on a profile confirmed as fake. If a chat keeps steering you toward paid photos, gifts or longer sessions, use it and ask for those credits back.
What members complain about
On Trustpilot, LatiDreams has a TrustScore of 2.1 out of 5 from 24 reviews (October 2026), and 71% of them are one-star. The company claimed the profile in December 2023 and replies to every negative review, usually asking the reviewer to email support. The repeated complaints:
- High cost to keep a conversation going, with credits running out fast.
- Contact requests declined or closed after heavy spending.
- Chats that feel scripted, AI-written or run by a team, and partners who steer toward spending.
- Slow account deletion and unanswered refund requests.
- Aggressive ads on YouTube and other sites.
The few positive reviews praise pleasant conversations, the free starting credits and help with loneliness. LatiDreams’ Facebook page shows 92% “recommend” from 9 reviews. A Reddit thread that ranks for this search could not be opened for this review.
Refunds, Automatic Top-Up and chargebacks
Read these before your first purchase, because the rules are strict and the FAQ and the policy do not agree.
- Automatic Top-Up: the Automatic Top-up terms say that if you switch it on at checkout, your card is charged the same amount as your last purchase every time your balance falls to 5 credits or fewer, “without additional per-transaction notice.” Turn it off in the Credits section or on the checkout page while logged in.
- Cash refunds: the Payment & Refund Policy (last updated July 25, 2026) allows a refund within 30 days only for unauthorized card payments, and never for “lack of mutual attraction,” dissatisfaction with chats, or a profile that does not match a person’s real appearance. The FAQ is more generous: it says US users can ask for a refund of unused credits within 30 days. Ask in writing and quote the FAQ.
- 14-day cancellation: section 5.13 of the terms lets you cancel an order within 14 days if you have not spent the credits.
- Deadlines: decisions within three business days, refunds paid within 14 days of approval, and a claim closes for good if you do not answer support within seven days.
- Chargebacks: the policy calls a chargeback without contacting support first a “bad faith” action, and the terms say a payment dispute can get your account blocked until you send ID and a photo of your card. Email support@latidreams.com first and keep the reply.
Staying safe on LatiDreams
Paying for chat is the platform’s business model. Sending money to a person is a scam pattern, and the two should never mix. LatiDreams’ FAQ says the site will never ask for money outside its own credit checkout, and the FTC’s romance scam guidance says never to send money or gifts to someone you have not met in person.
- Refuse any request for gift cards, crypto, wire transfers, travel money or help with a “frozen account.”
- Be wary of anyone who says they love you within days but always has a reason not to video call or meet.
- Reverse-search profile photos that look professionally posed.
- Report the profile in chat (More, then Complaint) and, if you lost money, at ReportFraud.ftc.gov.
- If you ever meet someone from any site, meet in a public place, tell a friend, and verify the person first.
Pros and cons
Pros
- A named company with long public terms and per-action prices written down.
- Free sign-up, search and browsing.
- No subscription to cancel.
- A report reason for pressure to spend, and credit refunds for confirmed fake profiles.
Cons
- Paid per minute and per message, with each follow-up message at 30 credits, and paid media in both directions.
- Credit package prices hidden until checkout, and an Automatic Top-Up that recharges without notice.
- Contact details only after a month of chat and 5,000 credits on one profile.
- Terms say identities are not verified, and paying members talk to members who chat for free.
- No app, 2.1 out of 5 on Trustpilot, and several Latin American countries barred.
How to delete your LatiDreams account
- Turn off Automatic Top-Up first in the Credits section, so nothing is charged while you close the account. The FAQ says you get a confirmation email.
- Ask about unused credits. The FAQ says unused credits are not refunded on deletion unless the law requires it, so request any refund you are owed before deleting.
- Delete the account at My Profile, then Delete your account. The FAQ says your profile is hidden within 24 hours and your data erased within 30 days, except transaction records (kept 7 years) and anti-fraud logs (up to 2 years). You can also email support@latidreams.com and ask for termination (section 13.3 of the terms).
- Keep proof. Save the confirmation email or support reply in case a charge appears later.
LatiDreams alternatives
If you want a real relationship, pick a site where you pay a flat subscription and can exchange contact details and video call when you are both ready. I do not have a dedicated Latin dating site review live yet, so these are the options I can point you to (I would skip international sites that also charge per minute, such as Dating.com, if cost is your worry):
- Match: a long-standing serious-dating site with a large, diverse US pool. Rated 4 out of 5.
- eHarmony: compatibility matching for people who want a relationship. Rated 4 out of 5.
- OkCupid: a free option with detailed profiles and filters, rated 4 out of 5.
- Zoosk: a subscription site with an international member base, rated 3.5 out of 5.
Other credit-based chat sites work much like LatiDreams: see my NaomiDate review for the same company’s Asia-focused site, and my DatEmpire review for a similar model under another company. For more options, browse my serious dating apps ranking, my senior dating sites picks, or all my reviews. If you still want to look at LatiDreams yourself, its official site is latidreams.com.
How I rate it
My 1.5 out of 5 is based on public pricing, features, safety tools, app store reputation and value, not on hands-on use. Value for money 1.5 (per-minute chat, 30 credits per follow-up message, paid media in both directions, 5,000 credits before a contact request, cash refunds limited), safety and verification 1.5 (ID checks for Pro Users and an optional badge, but terms that say identities are not verified, and a ban on AI profiles that allows approved ones), evidence of an active user base 1.5 (no app, 24 Trustpilot reviews at 71% one-star, and terms that bar several Latin American countries), features for its audience 2 (search, chat, letters and media, with interpreter and video features claimed but not confirmed), transparency 2 (named company and per-action prices are public, but package prices are hidden until checkout, Automatic Top-Up charges without notice, and the FAQ, terms and refund policy contradict each other). Average 1.7, rounded to 1.5.
Frequently asked questions
Is LatiDreams legit?
LatiDreams is a real website run by Astrasoft Projects Ltd of Cyprus, with public terms and a support team, so it is not a fake company. The concern is the model: men pay per minute and per message, its terms say it does not verify user identities, and Trustpilot reviewers rate it 2.1 out of 5. Treat it as paid chat, not a reliable way to meet someone.
What is LatiDreams?
LatiDreams is a web-only international dating and chat site that connects Western men with women from Latin America. Sign-up and browsing are free, while chat, letters, photos, videos and contact requests cost credits. There is no app on the App Store or Google Play.
How much does LatiDreams cost?
Its terms set chat at 2 credits per minute, photos and audio at 10 credits, videos at 50 credits, the first message to a member at 10 credits and each further message at 30 credits. A contact request costs 500 credits after a month of chat and 5,000 credits spent on that profile. Package prices in dollars are only shown at checkout.
Can I get a refund from LatiDreams?
The refund policy allows cash refunds within 30 days only for unauthorized card payments, while the FAQ says US users can ask for a refund of unused credits within 30 days. Unspent credits can also be cancelled within 14 days under the terms. Email support@latidreams.com before any chargeback.
Which dating site is the most legit?
Sites run by well-known companies with a visible subscription price, such as Match, eHarmony or OkCupid, are easier to trust than pay-per-minute chat sites. On any site, never send money to someone you have not met in person, as the FTC advises.
Which dating app has the most Latinas?
No app publishes a verified count of Latina members in the US. Large mainstream sites such as Match and OkCupid have big, diverse US pools, which usually beats a small niche chat site where you pay by the minute.
