If you've followed my dating site reviews you know I've tried everything, but I wanted to get a feel for what sites like Fetster had to offer on the kinky side of things. 👀 I will say, Fetster was certainly different from previous dating sites I explored.

Fetster describes themselves as "a BDSM, Kink and alternative dating site" followed by a lengthy list of things they're not. They really laid it all out right up front. It's also partly focused on being a place for people to learn about different kinks and the community!

There weren't a lot of security measures during signup, but Fetster urges you to report suspicious profiles. For every spam profile, I found way more legit ones.

Super easy! No email verification needed — they manually verify accounts in about 15 minutes.

How does Fetster work once logged in?

Super simple. Change privacy settings, check out featured profiles, browse who's online/nearby. Started getting messages pretty fast!

What are the Fetster search options like?

For a basic free site, really impressive! Search by recently active, featured, ethnicity, age, gender, sexuality, kinks/fetishes/lifestyles, username, and all profile fields.

Simple — view all info they put in, block, add as friend, send messages, view pics.

Is Fetster free? For real?

Final thoughts

Fetster felt like an inclusive place to start for kinky dating. It's not a seedy back-alley dating site — it's a place for people with similar interests to meet. An easy sign-up process and being completely free makes this a win! Hopefully they update the site over time. 😈
