AsiaVibe Review 2026: Real Profiles or Scam?

Asiavibe (asiavibe.com, often searched as "Asia Vibes dating site") is a real, working website run by a Nevada company, but it is a pay-per-message chat platform, not a dating site where you meet people cheaply. Signing up and browsing are free; chat is billed by the minute and letters, photos and gifts by the action, credit prices stay hidden until you log in, and refunds are rare. I would only use it as paid entertainment with a strict budget, never as a serious way to find a partner in Asia.

My verdict: Not a scam in the legal sense: there is a named company, full public terms, a 50-person safety team and a yearly transparency report. But its own terms say a separate group of verified "Top Users" can use the paid features for free while everyone else pays per minute, prices are not public, and spent credits almost never come back. Go in with a fixed budget, or pick a subscription site instead.

What Asiavibe is and who runs it

Asiavibe describes itself on its homepage as "an online platform designed to add enjoyment to your daily routine through engaging conversations". It never calls itself a dating site. Google's AI Overview describes a large base of Asian women alongside members from the US, Canada, China and the Philippines, and the ranking reviews present it as a place for cross-cultural conversation.

None of the reviews that rank for this search say who owns it. The site's Privacy Policy does: Axtora Corp., 4220 South Maryland Parkway, Las Vegas, NV 89119, the same address printed in the site footer. Three things in the Terms of Use matter before you pay:

    • The contract is governed by Delaware law (California residents get California law in arbitration).
    • Disputes go to binding individual arbitration with National Arbitration and Mediation, after a mandatory 90-day informal process that starts with a signed notice to legal@asiavibe.com and includes a video or phone conference. You waive class actions and jury trials. Small claims court is the exception.
    • The company caps its liability at what you paid it or $100, whichever is greater.

Support is by email at support@asiavibe.help. Trustpilot also lists a US phone number, +1 (888) 841-9326.

Who Asiavibe is for (and who should skip it)

    • It can suit someone who enjoys long written conversations with people abroad, sees the cost as an entertainment budget, and does not mind that the relationship may never leave the site.
    • Skip it if you want to marry or date someone from Asia, want to meet in person soon, want a flat monthly price, or are on a tight budget. A site that bills per minute rewards long chats, not meetings.

How the Asia Vibes dating site works

Registration is free and asks for an email, username, password, gender and date of birth, or a Google account (Terms, section 2.2). You must be 18 or older, use your real name, and keep phone numbers, emails and social handles out of your profile. Asiavibe's own user guide (October 2026) lists what you can do next:

    • Search by age, gender and country, and show all members, those online now, or people you follow.
    • Member carousel: a gallery of suggested profiles to like or save.
    • Newsfeed: photo posts with captions from members.
    • Like, wink, follow: free ways to signal interest.
    • Chat for instant messages, mail for long letters with photos, in-chat photos, stickers and saved drafts.
    • Icebreakers: pre-written openers. The Terms (section 7.3) say the same message can go to several "randomly matched users", so you may receive more than one, word for word.

Two rules shape every conversation. The Terms say a member "may request the contact information of another User", but only if "all the conditions for the request are fulfilled" and the other person consents, and the conditions are not published: "contact our support for more details". And an automatic chat translation is offered to "certain users", with no guarantee of accuracy. Expect to stay on the site, and on the meter, for a long time.

    Is there an Asiavibe app?

No. Asiavibe is a website that works in a phone browser. A search of the US App Store and Google Play in October 2026 returns no Asiavibe app, and the reviews in the results say the same. If a store listing or download link claims to be Asiavibe, it is not from the company. To log in, open asiavibe.com in your browser.

Free vs paid: what Asiavibe costs

There is no subscription. You buy credit packages and spend them action by action. The Payment and Refund Policy and the Terms split the features like this:

    FeatureCost
Sign up, profile, search, carousel, newsfeed, like, wink, followFree
ChatCredits, charged per minute (Chat Gems first: 1 gem = 1 minute)
    Mail (letters)Credits, charged per letter
    Virtual gifts and stickersCredits
    Sending personal photos and videosCredits
Credit packages in dollarsNot published publicly

Prices checked October 2026 in Asiavibe's Terms of Use and Payment and Refund Policy. The Terms say "all the prices are provided either on the User's profile page or at the page where a relevant paid feature is used", and the link they give for package prices leads to no price list. So no dollar figure here, and be wary of any review that quotes one without a date. Trustpilot reviewers mention spending 50 credits to open a match's videos, and one reports spending $100 in about half an hour; those are their accounts, not prices I could confirm.

More rules from the official pages:

    • No recurring charge: the user guide says Asiavibe is pay-as-you-go, "so there is nothing recurring to manage".
    • Prices can change at any time: the policy lets Asiavibe change prices, and turn free features into paid ones, at its sole discretion.
    • Free credits and Chat Gems may be added as bonuses. Neither is refundable.
    • Payment: cards (the footer shows Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), Google Pay, PayPal and others, but no gift, prepaid or scratch cards. You are usually charged in US dollars, and a failed payment is retried once automatically.

Real profiles or scam? The Top User system

"Real or fake" is the wrong question for Asiavibe. Its Terms (section 3) list the paid features and then add one line: "Top Users may use the above features free of charge, with or without limitations." Its page on how it prevents deception explains who they are: to become a Top User, an applicant must send identity documents, "in most cases" with a video of themselves holding the ID and reading a text, and everything Top Users post is pre-moderated.

So there are two kinds of members. One is ID-checked and talks for free. The other pays by the minute to talk to them. That makes the profiles you write to more likely to belong to real, verified people than on many chat sites. It does not tell you why each person is there, and the business earns from every minute of the conversation. The Terms are frank about the rest: Asiavibe disclaims "the conduct of any criminal background checks" and warns that what members tell you "may be false or misleading".

The homepage is less careful. It says "All users are verified". The site's own 2025 Transparency Report says identity verification through Persona is something users "can now opt-in" to, and the Acceptable Use Policy uses it for age checks when an account may be under 18. Go by the legal pages: Top Users are verified, ordinary members verify their email and may choose to verify their ID.

    Asiavibe reviews and complaints

On Trustpilot, Asiavibe has a TrustScore of 3.6 from 3,132 reviews: 53% 5-star and 23% 1-star (October 2026). Two facts frame that score. The company claimed the profile in May 2023, pays for a Trustpilot subscription and invites customers to review, which Trustpilot itself says can push ratings up. And it replies to 99% of negative reviews, mostly with a template that points to the support address.

What reviewers say, across the pages that rank here:

    • Praise: friendly, fast support agents (often named), refunds of credits charged by mistake, an easy interface.
    • Cost: the most common complaint. Credits for messages, photos and videos run out fast; one reviewer says trial credits lasted a day.
    • Doubts about the people: reviewers who suspect fake profiles or "mainly AI", and one 5-star review that still warns about "many fake profiles".
    • Bugs and billing: credits deducted after errors, cards declined, chats that would not load, a translation that garbled messages, a five-day wait for a billing answer.

Be careful with the positive "is it legit" articles in the results too. The Vocal review says it "may contain affiliate links", the Racine County Eye FAQ guide that Google's AI Overview cites carries the line "Asiavibe sponsors this article", and the 2024 D-Addicts review calls itself "admittedly biased". None of them names the company or mentions Top Users. No Reddit thread could be read for this search.

    Safety and verification on Asiavibe

Asiavibe publishes more safety detail than most sites of its kind. From its own pages, checked October 2026:

    • Moderation: machine learning plus a Trust & Safety team "of over 50 professionals", and a keyword filter that blocks banned words in chat, per how it enforces the rules.
    • Numbers: the 2025 Transparency Report counts 17.07 million items reviewed and 697,576 items and accounts actioned. Scam activity made up between 15.8% and 25.1% of the community-guideline violations found each month, and 74% of violations were reported by users rather than caught by the system.
    • Verification: Persona checks with a live selfie and a government ID, required when an account looks under 18 (14 days to complete) and optional for everyone else, per the Acceptable Use Policy.
    • Report and block from profiles, photos, messages and posts. The policy promises to resolve a report within 7 days.
    • No background checks: the anti-scam page says so plainly and points US users to the National Sex Offender Public Website.

How to protect yourself, from the FTC's romance scam guidance:

    • Never send money, gift cards, crypto or a "visa fee" to someone you have not met in person. Asiavibe bans requests for money between members.
    • Be wary of someone who declares strong feelings fast but can never meet, or who pushes you off the site quickly.
    • Reverse-image search profile photos.
    • Set a monthly budget before buying credits, and stop when it is gone.
    • If you lost money, call your bank, then report it at ReportFraud.ftc.gov.

Can you get a refund from Asiavibe?

Rarely. The Payment and Refund Policy says purchases are non-refundable "in most cases". The exceptions:

    • Unspent credits: refunded only if you bought them by mistake and ask within 3 calendar days, or your account is closed at your request, and in both cases only if they are worth more than USD 20. Never from your fifth refund request on.
    • Spent credits: only if Asiavibe failed to deliver the service, if you were scammed by another member and an investigation agrees, or if someone used your card without permission. Ask within 30 days of finding out.
    • Deadlines: 120 days after a card payment, 180 days after a PayPal payment. Some US states let you cancel a transaction before midnight of the third business day.
    • The process: email support@asiavibe.help; the first review takes at least 48 hours, and if you do not answer a request for evidence within 7 days, the claim is declined. The policy also warns that a refund for credits spent on someone who stopped writing back "is unlikely to be approved".

Think twice before a chargeback. Under section 10.2 of the Terms, one disputed charge can get your account soft-blocked, and several can get it deleted. You keep the right to dispute a charge with your bank, but write to support first and keep the reply.

    Pros and cons

    Pros

    • Free to sign up, browse, search, like, wink and follow.
    • Named US company, detailed public terms and a yearly transparency report.
    • No subscription, nothing renews automatically.
    • Top Users are ID-checked; optional Persona verification for everyone.
    • Report and block everywhere, a 7-day report promise, support in 60+ languages.

    Cons

    • Pay per minute of chat and per letter, photo, video and gift.
    • Credit prices hidden until you log in, and changeable at any time.
    • Top Users use the paid features free, while paying members fund the conversation.
    • Contact details only through an unpublished support process.
    • "All users are verified" on the homepage, optional verification in the reports.
    • Narrow refunds, binding arbitration, liability capped at what you paid or $100.
    • No app; reviewers report bugs and billing errors.

How to delete your Asiavibe account

    1. Spend or claim your credits first. If your unspent balance is worth more than USD 20, ask support for a refund in the same email as your deletion request, since closing the account is one of the cases the policy allows.
    2. Delete in Settings. The user guide says Settings offers two options: deactivation hides your profile and keeps your data, and you reactivate by logging back in; deletion is permanent and removes your personal data.
    3. Or email support@asiavibe.help. Section 10.1 of the Terms says you can close your account temporarily or permanently by writing to support. Ask for permanent deletion of your account and data, in writing, and keep the reply.

The Privacy Policy notes some data is kept after deletion for payments, disputes and anti-money-laundering rules. Since there is no subscription, there is nothing to cancel in the App Store or Google Play.

    Asiavibe alternatives

If you want to date someone from Asia, these sites have live reviews here and a clearer model:

    • FilipinoCupid: Cupid Media's site for meeting Filipinas and Filipinos, with a monthly plan instead of per-minute billing. I rated it 3 out of 5.
    • Pairs: Match Group's Japanese dating app with ID checks for everyone, rated 4 out of 5, but only useful if you live in Japan.
    • Dil Mil: for South Asian singles in the US and abroad, rated 3 out of 5.
    • eHarmony: if what you want is a serious relationship rather than a particular country. I rated it 4 out of 5.

Other credit-based chat sites run on the same model: see my BestDates review (2 out of 5) and SakuraDate review (2 out of 5). For more, see my serious dating sites rankings or browse all my reviews.

    How I rate it

My 2.5 out of 5 is based on public pricing, features, safety tools, app store reputation and value, not on hands-on use. Value for money 1.5 (per-minute chat and per-action letters and media, prices hidden until login, narrow refunds), safety and verification 3 (Top Users ID-checked with video, optional Persona checks, a 50-person safety team, report and block, a 7-day report promise, but no background checks and a homepage claim that every user is verified), evidence of an active user base 2.5 (3,132 Trustpilot reviews and 17 million items moderated in 2025, but no app, no member count, and reviews the company invites), features for its audience 2.5 (search, feed, chat, letters, translation for some, but browser only and contact details locked behind support), transparency 2.5 (named company, full terms, refund rules and a transparency report, but no public price list and contradicting verification claims). Average 2.4, rounded to 2.5.

    Frequently asked questions

    What is Asiavibe?

Asiavibe (asiavibe.com) is a web-based chat and socializing site run by Axtora Corp. of Las Vegas, where members talk with people from Asian countries and elsewhere. Signing up and browsing are free, but chat, letters, photos and gifts cost credits. It calls itself an online communication platform rather than a dating site.

    Is AsiaVibe safe?

It has real safety tools: AI and human moderation, a Trust & Safety team of over 50 people, report and block buttons, ID-verified Top Users and optional Persona verification. Its terms also say it runs no background checks and that what members tell you may be false. Never send money to anyone you met there, and set a spending budget.

Is the Asia Vibes dating site free?

Creating an account, browsing, searching, the newsfeed, likes, winks and follows are free. Chat is charged per minute and letters, gifts, stickers and personal photos or videos cost credits. There is no subscription, and credit package prices are only shown after you log in.

Is there an Asiavibe app to download?

No. Asiavibe works only as a website in a desktop or phone browser, and there is no Asiavibe app on the US App Store or Google Play as of October 2026. Any download claiming to be Asiavibe is not from the company.

How can you tell a scammer on a dating site?

The FTC lists the classic signs: strong feelings declared fast, an excuse never to meet or video call, pressure to move off the site, and any request for money, gift cards, crypto or travel and visa fees. Reverse-image search their photos and never send money to someone you have not met in person.

Which dating site is the most trustworthy?

Sites run by known companies with a visible monthly price, such as eHarmony or FilipinoCupid for meeting Filipinos, are easier to trust than pay-per-message chat sites. For Asia Talks or any site you have not heard of, run the same checks: who runs it, what it costs and what its refund policy says.
